Using the RegTest environment

Your RegTest environment has the following purposes:

  • Build and run automated regression tests during deploys to ensure everything works before deploying to production.

  • Validate infrastructure changes and iCIS upgrades.

To ensure that above criteria are met the following rules and guidelines applies:

  • The production and RegTest environment must always contain the same entities/deploys.

  • You cannot modify nor open components that requires iCore tools, like scripts and workflows.

  • Deployment of integration changes is done by the service center at iCore. For more information see Deploying integrations and Deploying integrations self service.
