Using system storage
Every iCore system has a dedicated file storage, one per environment. It stores node files by default, but it can also store dependency files needed for integrations, such as public-private key pairs.

Uploading files to system storage
To upload a file to your Development, RegTest or Production environment, do the following:
Upload the file to common storage, as described in Transferring files to iCore tools.
Submit a ticket to iCore by doing either of the following:
- Submit a deployment ticket in the iCore Self Service Portal (SSP).
- Send an email to support@icore.se.
Include the following information in the ticket:
- Destination environment: Dev, RegTest, Prod or All.
- Customer code
- UNC path to the file on common storage
Once the file has been uploaded, you will receive the file UNC path.
note
The file on common storage will be deleted upon ticket completion.
